Smarter Shoe System ("SSS", "we", "us") is a free tool that suggests running shoes based on your quiz answers. By using SSS or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
SSS gives general suggestions to help you shortlist shoes. It is not medical, physiotherapy, or injury advice, and using it doesn't create a practitioner–patient relationship. Everyone's feet, gait, and needs differ, so a recommendation may not suit you. If you have pain, an injury, or a medical condition, see a qualified health professional. You choose and buy your own shoes at your own discretion.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the email you provide and for keeping your login details private. Don't share your account or use someone else's.
We never store your actual password. It's put through one-way encryption, so even we can't see or recover it. If you forget it, we can only help you set a new one — email hello@harryhybrid.com to reset.
We may store your email, your securely-hashed password, and the results you save. If you subscribe, we send emails via our email provider and you can unsubscribe anytime. We don't sell your personal information.
Don't misuse the service — no attempting to break, overload, scrape, or interfere with SSS, and no unlawful use.
Some links to shoes or retailers may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our recommendations.
SSS may link to other websites (such as retailers or brands). We're not responsible for their content or practices.
SSS is provided "as is". We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can't be excluded. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss, injury, or cost arising from your use of SSS or from shoes you choose based on it.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Smarter Shoe System ("SSS", "we", "us") is a free running-shoe recommendation tool. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it, consistent with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
We use your information to run the service, save and show your results, send you emails you've opted into, and respond to your enquiries. We don't sell your personal information.
We may use trusted third-party providers to operate SSS.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including one-way password hashing and reputable hosting. No online service can be 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
